How to prepare for a visit to the Revita clinic?

The course of the first visit, step by step

Are you wondering what the dietary process looks like in our clinic? The following infographic will help you understand the most important steps. Each step is treated individually according to the patient’s needs.

The first visit always takes place at the Revita Center for Anti-Aging Medicine and Clinical Dietetics, because it is necessary to perform a BETA test or a food intolerance test. The second visit and each next visit can take place in the form of stationary or on-line – at the doctor’s office – Agnieszka Arendarczyk or a dietician assistant.

The result of the BE-T-Analyse (BETA) test allows you to create a precise nutritional regimen that takes into account the test result, the condition of the body and the dynamics of digestion. The test allows you to choose supplementation, fluid balance and exclude products that are not properly tolerated by the body.

Nutrition programs are selected according to assumptions of a dynamic diet created by Agnieszka Arendarczyk

Medical interview

Evaluation of the results of the BETA test / food detective / laboratory tests / evaluation of hospital discharge cards (if any)

Physical examination (assessment of the skin, mucous membranes, examination of the abdominal wall, assessment of the condition of nails and hair, auscultation, blood pressure measurement)

Measurement: body weight, height, circumferences

How to prepare for the BETA test

Stop taking medications and supplements

3 days before the test, you should stop taking magnesium and vitamin C supplements – if you use them. Medications are not a contraindication.

Prepare saliva and urine samples according to strict instructions

You should buy three non-sterile urine containers and one stool container (designed to collect saliva) from a pharmacy:

Urine and saliva should be collected on an empty stomach on the day of the examination,
Collect the first urine sample immediately after waking up, from the middle stream. Take the second sample at least half an hour after the first one, and the third one after another 30 minutes (the breaks may be longer, but not shortened). Mark the samples 1, 2 and 3. Do not eat or drink before we collect blood sample at the clinic;
All containers should be 50% full;
Collect the saliva in the morning before brushing your teeth (do not drink or eat) in 1/2 the amount of the stool container;
Drink a glass of water after collecting urine and saliva samples and before drawing blood
The blood sample is taken at the Revita clinic , you should also be on an empty stomach.

ATTENTION! Menstruation is not a contraindication to the examination, it is necessary to use a hygienic tampon.

What’s the BETA test?

It is used to analyze body fluids: blood, urine and saliva. You will learn what harms you and what strengthens you. The study shows:

Do you have mycosis / dysbiosis of the digestive tract / disturbed intestinal flora / increased putrefactive processes in the intestines
Are you deficient in digestive enzymes, pancreatic enzymes, hydrochloric acid
Do you have anemia, blood level nutritional deficiencies, plasma clumping tendencies (polyglobulia)
Do you have oxidative stress – an excess of free radicals in relation to antioxidants
Do you have a tendency to insulin resistance and/or hormonal imbalances
What is the condition of the intercellular space that determines the flow of hormones, nutrients, and toxic substances into and out of the cell
Do you have weakened adrenal glands, a tendency to deposit deposits in the kidneys
Level of retention of undigested food

It is the basis for a balanced diet taking into account digestive processes, excesses and deficiencies, blockade of detoxification processes, fluid levels, water retention and hormonal imbalance.
