As clinical dietitian in Wroc\u0142aw<\/a> we observe that introducing a therapeutic diet often leads to significant relief of symptoms. The diet for chronic sinusitis consists primarily of eliminating dairy products, because very often in people with these ailments dairy products are not digested well, causing excessive production of mucus accumulating in the sinuses.<\/p>\n

Chronic sinusitis is a common problem in our patients<\/h2>\n

Excess wheat has similar properties, especially its protein gliadin, which, when undigested, also stimulates excessive production of mucus accumulating in the sinuses.<\/p>\n

Excess yeast, bread, wine, beer, nuts, products with mold, e.g. ripening cheeses add fuel to the fire.<\/p>\n

On the one hand, an elimination diet excluding the above. products, and on the other hand, the introduction of nutritional products with anti-inflammatory and intestinal cleansing effects has proven to be an effective method of supporting the treatment of chronic sinuses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
