Through the symptoms it causes, it negatively affects the comfort and quality of life of patients. Medical literature describes the tendency to migraines as an individual feature, which consists in the hypersensitivity of the autonomic nervous system. Additionally, factors such as: a large dose of stress, severe fatigue, weather changes, poor diet quality and sleep deprivation can affect the frequency of migraines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Symptoms occurring during migraine pain<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Panic, throbbing headaches (most often occurring on one side of the head)<\/li>\n<li>Nausea and vomiting may occur<\/li>\n<li>Sensitivity to light and sounds<\/li>\n<li>Numbness of the face and limbs may occur<\/li>\n<li>Dizziness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic dietary recommendations that may reduce the frequency\/severity of migraines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Products with a low glycemic index may reduce the frequency of migraines<\/li>\n<li>Avoid fasting and longer breaks between meals due to the risk of severe headaches<\/li>\n<li>Meals should be varied, based on a wide range of food products<\/li>\n<li>It is worth giving up highly processed foods<\/li>\n<li>It is worth eliminating simple sugars from your daily diet<\/li>\n<li>It is important to remember to regularly hydrate your body. Dehydration can cause headaches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supplementation is beneficial for people with frequent migraines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Omega-3 DHA and EPA acids can help reduce the frequency of migraines. In addition, they can reduce the level of pain occurring<\/li>\n<li>Magnesium can alleviate the intensity of migraines<\/li>\n<li>Coenzyme Q10 can have a beneficial effect on shortening the duration and frequency of migraines<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin D3<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid (due to the possibility of high homocysteine \u200b\u200bin people suffering from migraines)<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin C<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin E (in the case of women suffering from migraines during menstruation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What are the ways to stop migraines in the REVITA clinic, among our patients?<\/h2>\n<p>At the Revita clinic, we take care of health in a holistic way, which is why we combine many therapies at the same time for more effective effect and patient satisfaction.
