Children and youth

The developmental age is an anabolic period of building the body, muscle mass, and shaping the hormonal system. At this time, the right selection of nutrients is crucial for the child’s development.

Nutrition that strengthens and heals

The knowledge and experience we use in preparing menus for children and adolescents brings the expected therapeutic effects (treatment of obesity, support of immunity, treatment of infections, insulin resistance, thyroid diseases and many others).

Diet for the proper development of children and adolescents

It is very important for a child to gain the right body weight before puberty, because being overweight disrupts the hormonal proportions in the child’s body, which negatively affects puberty (height, body proportions, nervous system, skin).

Proper diagnostics and a personalized diet are the key to achieving hormonal balance.

See also the BET-A test, which will help in proper diagnostics of the problem.

How do we help young people?

– achieving a healthy body weight,
– balancing the diet with food eliminations,
– adjusting the diet to health problems, e.g. Hashimoto, insulin resistance, anemia,
– reducing possible acne lesions,
– developing good eating habits,
– working on a good relationship with food and the body,
– learning conscious food choices.
