Food Detective test

The Food Detective™ test examines the body’s reactions to 59 food products divided into 46 groups. The food detective result shows food intolerances (delayed type allergies in the IgG class).

Food Intolerances and Your Weight

The Food Detective test shows which foods are poorly tolerated (delayed type allergies in the IgG class). Eating them can block weight loss, intensify such ailments as insulin resistance or hypothyroidism. In addition, eating them intensifies the slowing down of metabolism, water retention, excessive appetite and craving for simple carbohydrates. Recognizing these products is a valuable clue in weight loss.

FAQ

Questions and Answers

Haven’t found an answer? We’ll be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Will these exclusions be for life?

No, intolerances are often reversible after sealing the intestines and restoring the optimal intestinal environment. Some products are returned to the diet as well tolerated. We skillfully conduct provocation tests.

Do you need to fast before taking the test?

No. The material (blood) is taken from a finger.

How long does it take to repeat results/how long are previous results valid?

In our Clinic we accept tests for up to 3 years, because after this period of time new intolerances can be acquired.

Should all products be strictly eliminated, e.g. those at level 1?

Some products may be consumed in limited quantities, which we will take into account in the dietary guidelines during the visit.

Does the test also detect allergies such as cat dander or grass pollen?

No, the food detective test is a method of detecting class G antibodies to food ingredients in the blood (IgG-dependent food intolerance).

Can I come for an examination if I have a cold?

Contraindications to the test include taking antibiotics, gastroenteritis, low-grade fever, and viral infection. Contraindications include a runny nose and cough.
