Take care of your health by reducing body fat and excess water, as well as supporting hormonal balance with a properly selected diet. Start spring lighter and full of energy – take advantage of the proposal of Agnieszka Arendarczyk, MD!

On March 21, we celebrate the First Day of Spring. The whole world is beginning to come to life, the first buds are appearing on the trees, and outside the window you can hear birds singing more and more often. The days are getting longer, and with them new energy reserves appear, which we want to use as best as possible to get out of the winter slumber. There is no better way to do this than to stimulate our body from the inside, in order to get rid of the winter excess baggage. Quoting the famous words of Hippocrates, “let food be your medicine and medicine be your food”, let’s take care of our health for the new season with a properly selected diet.

Especially for this occasion, Agnieszka Arendarczyk, MD, has prepared a proposal for a diet that will relieve the body after the long winter months. After using such a diet for at least 4 weeks, you will notice a significant reduction in body fat, intestinal circumference and water retained in the body. The basis of the proposed diet is to ensure an adequate supply of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which is a condition for maintaining the correct hormonal balance, as well as minimal amounts of protein, which will prevent the reduction of connective tissue.
