When you buy a nutrition plan, you receive a fully personalized menu in PDF format, prepared under the supervision of Agnieszka Arendarczyk, MD, and Kamila Młoczek, MSc, clinical dietician.
In addition to the diet, you will receive general nutritional recommendations and possible comments regarding changes to your current diet.

What does the process of ordering an individual diet look like?
After paying for the order via the website and posting it in the Przelewy24 system, you will receive an email confirming the order. The email will contain a file with a nutritional and medical interview for download in PDF format. After completing the interview, please send it to revitasklep@gmail.com. In the title of the email, please provide the order number, first name and last name. Within 7 business days, you will receive your nutrition plan, which we will send to the email address provided in the order.
