Stationary visit – prepayment

Prepayments are required when using REVITA’s dietary and medical services before each scheduled visit. If you cancel 3 days before the scheduled date, we will refund the prepayment. In the event of an unjustified cancellation of the visit, there is no possibility of a refund. If you cancel later than 3 days before the date of the booked stationary visit, the prepayment will not be forfeited – we will reschedule the visit after an independent consultation with the registration. The regulations are attached.
Stationary visit
Prepayment is required when using REVITA services prior to each scheduled visit.
Prepayment applies to visits to:
- first medical and dietetic visit with BETA / Food Detective test
- a dietary consultation with Dr. Agnieszka Arendarczyk, M.D. or Kamila Młoczek, M.Eng.
- first visit without BETA tests with Dr Agnieszka Arendarczyk, M.D. or Kamila Młoczek, M.Eng.
What is the prepayment process?
After paying for your order via the website and posting it in the Przelewy24 system, you will receive an email confirming your order.
