Today’s date doesn’t need any introduction – June 1st is Children’s Day. On this occasion, the Revita team wishes all the youngest lots of joy and all the best on their special day. And to sweeten the celebration even more, we would like to present you with three snacks that will certainly appeal not only to the little ones. After all, who among us doesn’t have a bit of a child in them?
Coconut-blueberry ice cream
Ingredients:
– 1 ripe avocado
– 200 ml coconut cream
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients into a smooth, uniform mass. Pour into the target container. If necessary, you can put in the freezer for about an hour.
Tapioca pudding with fruit puree
Ingredients:
– coconut milk 250 ml
– xylitol 1 teaspoon
– tapioca 50 g
– any berries or low-sugar jam 3 tablespoons
Preparation:
Pour milk into a pot, add tapioca. Mix everything and leave for half an hour. Then cook on low heat, stirring frequently for about 25 minutes, until the tapioca becomes glassy and elastic. Add xylitol, mix and pour into a bowl. Serve warm or after cooling. Spread jam or purée made from parboiled fruit on top.
Refreshing Green Cocktail
Ingredients:
– matcha tea powder 1 teaspoon
– green cucumber 1 piece
– parsley 1 bunch
– lemon juice 3 tablespoons
– any berries 4 tablespoons
– spinach 1 handful
– spring water 1 glass
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients. In case of hot days, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.
