The diet can be freely looped. We can freely swap individual days of the week within the same meal. For example, Monday’s breakfast can be swapped with Saturday’s breakfast. You don’t have to spend long hours in the kitchen. You can repeat specific days of the diet to save time and purchased products! For example, you can prepare dinner for two days.
