Laser hair removal is currently the most effective method of laser hair removal. At RevitaSkin, we work on the laser platform of the Spanish company Cocoon Medical.
Permanent hair removal thanks to precise technology
The mechanism of laser light comes down to local, precise heating and destruction of hair bulb elements, colored with melanin, without harmful effects on other skin cells. The laser sends a pulse that evaporates the pigment, causing the cessation of vital functions of several bulbs at the same time and permanently eliminating hair regrowth.
The procedure must be performed several times within a specified time, because light energy only affects growing hair bulbs, which are in the anagen phase. The laser does not affect bulbs in a resting state – the telogen phase.
What sets laser hair removal apart from other devices?
– Safety – has a certificate of quality and safety of medical devices FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
– Effectiveness – also removes light, thin and red hair, for every skin phototype
– Power – the highest on the market among diode lasers 4800 W
– Painlessness – crystal freeze function (+5 degrees C) cooling of the head protects against burns, and the treatment is practically painless
– Speed - USP (Ultra Short Pulse) technology allows for treatments with pulses from 3 ms, and the large head makes the laser ultra-fast (armpit epilation time is 26 seconds!)
*The treatment is performed on the Primelase device

No. The use of contraceptives does not affect the procedure.
Yes. Hashimoto is not a contraindication to the procedure. However, with hormonal disorders, sometimes more procedures are needed.
From the age of 16. An absolute condition for performing laser hair removal on a minor is the written consent of one of the parents or legal guardian, signed on site at the clinic.
After the procedure, slight redness, swelling and minor inflammation around the follicle may appear – this may last up to 3 days after the procedure.
Yes, the laser works on light, thin and red hair. Some light hair will need more laser treatments. However, it will not work on gray hair and white fluff, e.g. on the face.
Hair reduction occurs from treatment to treatment, hair thins out. However, for a lasting effect, 4-8 treatments should be performed.
Active or past cancers are a contraindication to laser epilation. Although the laser beam does not reach or directly affect internal organs, it has an indirect effect on the entire body. After cancer has been cured, the body is weakened and susceptible to external factors that can activate cancer cells. Laser radiation can stimulate these cells to divide and grow, causing disease relapse or metastasis.
Because the hairs are burned during the procedure. Therefore, those that grow above the skin surface can cause skin burns. In addition, it limits the effect of the laser, whose light (in such a case) is scattered on the regrown hair.
This is the first diode laser that is practically imperceptible. The head has Crystal Freeze technology – it cools the skin to +5 degrees C, and the pulses are very fast.
