Classic weight loss

It is important to determine the problem that caused the weight gain. Determining the cause allows for effective weight loss.

A plan tailored to your needs – effective weight loss

Therapy involves finding the problem that caused the weight gain. For this purpose, we use the BETA and/or Food Detective tests, laboratory tests, skin condition and more. We select individual therapies that involve correcting the current diet, selecting supplements, determining follow-up visits or possibly introducing supportive treatments. The number of visits depends on the planned amount of weight lost, on average we assume 0.7-1 kg per week.

Questions and Answers

Haven’t found an answer? We’ll be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

What reduction rate will be optimal?

The rate of reduction is individual for each organism. On average, we assume 1 kg per week.

Will there be a yo-yo effect?

No, if we take care of burning fat tissue (mainly visceral), but maintaining muscle mass. The more muscle mass loss, the greater the risk of the yo-yo effect.

Will my skin lose its firmness?

No, if your diet provides the correct amount of nutrients important for the skin.

Can I avoid bariatric surgery?

Yes, surgery can be avoided, as proven by dozens of our patients who lost over 60 kg and maintained the effect for many years.

How many calories does the planned diet have?

We do not count calories. We do not compare the body to a heat boiler, because it is a much more complicated mechanism, which we take into account in our diets. You can lose weight on 2000 kcal and gain weight on 1500 if the selection of food is not right.

What is the macronutrient distribution?

The distribution depends on the diet that will be most effective for the patient. It can be a high fat, high carbohydrate or balanced macronutrient diet. It all depends on the patient’s goal.

Do I have to be physically active while on the diet to achieve the intended results?

No. Physical activity (moderate) is recommended for everyone, but at the beginning of the journey it is not crucial. Even individual changes can give the intended effects.
