What does the process of ordering an individual diet look like?
After paying for the order via the website and posting it in the Przelewy24 system, you will receive an email confirming the order. The message will contain a file with a nutritional and medical interview to be downloaded in PDF format. After completing the interview, please send it to revitasklep@gmail.com.
In the title of the e-mail, please provide the order number, name and surname. Within 7 working days you will receive your nutritional plan which we will send to the email address provided in the order.
