In our diet, the order of meals matters. It is not allowed to exchange dinner with breakfast or other meals within one day. The menu was arranged according to the dynamics of digestion. The diet can be freely looped. Individual days of the week within the same meal can be freely exchanged. For example, a Monday breakfast can be exchanged with a Saturday breakfast. You don’t have to spend long hours in the kitchen. You can repeat the given days of the diet to save time and purchased products! For example, you can prepare dinner for two days.
